This 1960's mid century home in the Kiestwood area of Dallas had lost its personality over the years. Inspired by our client's love for the mid-century masters x Japanese art and philosophy, we completely replanned the main areas of the home and updated almost every surface. The original double sided brick wall in the living room and kitchen was absolutely staying. We kept the color palette earthy and neutral, utilizing contrast and textures to keep the streamlined design interesting. The custom walnut cabinetry throughout the home unifies each space with the next, culminating with the stunning bookmatched walnut paneling in the sunroom.
